Kano Emirate: Sen. Shehu Sani reacts to Ganduje’s plan to depose Emir Sanusi


Shehu Sani, Senator representing Kaduna within the Nationwide Meeting, has reacted to reviews claiming that the Kano State Governor, Abdullahi was planning to depose the Emir of Kano, Muhammadu Sanusi ll.

The Ganduje-led administration queried Sanusi for allegedly misappropriating the Emirate Council’s N3.four billion.

It was gathered that the Emir was queried after the submission of a report by the State workplace of the anti-corruption and Public Criticism Fee who investigated him on the alleged squandering of the Emirate Council’s funds.

The report which was submitted to the Authorities late Tuesday is alleged to have really useful for the fast suspension of the Emir.

The federal government has consequently handed down a question to the Emir by means of the Workplace of the Secretary to the Authorities, Usman Alhaji late Tuesday.
