A 31-year-old individual, Oladele Omotosho, who as far as anyone knows tricked a woman of N2 million under the misrepresentation of giving her supernatural cleansing, has appeared under the attentive gaze of an Ikeja Magistrates’ Court.
The prosecutor, who lives at Inland Street, by Oladele transport stop, Ibadan, Oyo State, is standing up to a three-check charge of conspiracy, obtaining money under distortions and taking before Magistrate M.I. Dan-Oni.
He contended not reprehensible.
Charging Inspector Victor Eruada said the defendant presented the offense in interest with others wherever on June 17, 2016, in Lagos.
He affirmed that the disputant tricked Mrs. Mojisola Sufian, to whom he presented himself as a spiritualist with special abilities to deal with significant issues.
Eruada said the respondent uncovered to Sufian that she would consider a child if he drove supernatural purging for her, including that the disputant prompted the woman to bring N2 million for the movement.
“Omotosho saw a fantasy for the complainant (Sufian) that she would consider after significant cleansing, which he never did.
“Exactly when the complainant asked for her money, the respondent unveiled to her that he didn’t have the money.
“The case was represented, and the respondent caught,” the specialist said.
The judge permitted the respondent N500,000 defend with two sureties in the like entirety.
He said the sureties should be used and show confirmation of two years charge portion to the Lagos State Government.
The case was suspended till March 6.
